Shipping Methods and Costs
Overnight orders will ship the same day if ordered on a weekday
by 1:00 p.m. MST. All other orders require one to two business
days to process before shipping. Business Days are Monday through
Friday, excluding holidays determined by carriers. We use UPS and
Fedex Ground for shipping to US addresses. Shipping to
international addresses is also available.
Payment Options
We accept American Express, MasterCard, Discover, and VISA credit
cards. We also accept checks or CODs, which you can mail to:

accept cash. Sales Tax A sales tax of 8.16% is added to all
orders shipped to Colorado addresses.
Telephone Orders We encourage you to order online for the fastest possible service, but offer the option of telephone ordering. Please browse our site, collect your product codes, and have your credit card ready before placing your call in order to help expedite the process. Within the United States call us toll-free at 1-800-561-9398, outside the U.S. call 720-406-7407, Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) from 9:00am until 4:00 pm Mountain Standard Time.
Ordering and Shipping Confirmation
After ordering, you will receive an email confirmation from us.
We will confirm receipt of your order within a few minutes of
ordering. You will also receive a shipping confirmation when your
product has shipped.
Returns and Exchanges
We want you to love the item(s) you've received. Within one year
of purchase, if you have physical difficulties using the product
or the shipment is damaged and you would like to exchange or
return it, we are happy to replace it with another selection or
refund the credit card previously charged. Just repack the item(s)
in its original packaging (if possible) and be sure to include
the packing slip. Then follow these simple steps: (1) First
contact us by email: conferences@boulderbookstore.com or by
calling 1-800-561-9398 to notify us of the situation so we can
either reimburse your account or send you out a new product at no
charge. (2) If you are returning or exchanging an item, include
the original packing slip in the shipment to the following return
